I have just bought a 1997 Honda Prelude Si Vtec imported from Japan, it has a Navigation system fitted, tv, cd changer etc but it does not seem to come on, I had a look at the fuse box its the only thing I could think of , its in Japenese, I have no idea!!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Well test and see if the radio unit is getting power first, if you unplug it or take the fuse out it may have a security code and unless you have it you may be screwed. Get an index card or some paper and make your own diagram. Then turn on all your power items one by one and pull out fuses. As you pull out fuses it'll give you some idea of what is what. I know it wont tell you all of them but it'll give you some idea.
