Default foglight problem 05 RSX-S

Tried to rewire my fogs in my RSX the same way i did in my old 2000 Si and when i turn them on the fuse blew. found the fuse under the hood that blew out. it was the "Small Light" fuse (which i assume is the city light). I have check all lines and fuses but for soem reason the lights will not come on still. the green light on the interior fog light switch does not illuminate when pressed. i tried using the cruis switch since is the same type of switch, still nothing. are there any fuses or anything that i could check for to try to get this to work? its starting to tick me off.

thanks

you over loaded your fuse its a 15 amp i believe for your driving lights, check all your fuses. It should have nothing to do with your cruise, I wired mine with a after market set of OEM fogs and i never touched my cruise, but check all your fuses.

i changed that one, under the hood. the fuse was labeled "small light"........i didnt use the cruise to wire it. just the cruise on off switch is the same as the fog switch, so i used that to see if it worked. is the driving light fuse you are talking about under the das or under the hood? thanks for the insight

guess i should mention they were OEM installed and i was trying to rewire them so they functioned with just the parking lights on instead of the headlights. if that helps anyone out at all.

not sure what you are asking. it was all OEM installed, once i found i blew the fuses, i put it back to stock. which insterior harness? the one with the inline fuse? that fuse behind the switch is still good. and so is the one i found i blew in the first place under the hood. are there any other fuses besides those 2 in the OEM installation?
