Default I locked my keys in my Integra!

Well I'm an idiot and locked my keys in the Integra (for the first time ever)....'94 LS with power locks, no spare key

Anyone know how to get it unlocked?

I would rather not have to call somewhere and pay them to come unlock it.

Cops won't do it anymore unless there is a kid in the car.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Call AAA, if you have memebership w/them and u won't have to pay a dime.

Or you can go to any Acura dealership give them the VIN# of the car, along with proof of ownership and I think they can make a new key for you.

Fine someone with another honda or toyota or acura and use there key to open up your door. Stick the key in about a quarter of the way and start jiggling it up and down while trying to turn the key and pushing it in, once it gets all the way in the key should turn all the way and the door should be open, if not, keep the pressure on the key (turning it like you were trying to unlock it) jiggle it some more as your pulling it out (untill its about a quarter of the way in still) and jiggle it as your putting the key back in. This is called the jiggle key method.

I had this happen to me about a week ago, called the in laws and used their AAA. Dude had to use a air pump to pry my door open, hammered a wedge in the door and got a 5-6 foot rod and flipped my lock lobe open...

MadVtak:
Your in-laws (or whoever's name the AAA account was is) didn't have to be there? I have a friend who has AAA but we thought that he would have to be with my car for them to come unlock it.

I checked with my insurance and they said I have no such coverage.

I am at work so I need to get the thing unlocked in the next 2 hours...if I try to go through an Acura dealer won't I have to order the key, hence taking a few days to get or something?

I feel kinda weird asking a stranger in the parking garage with an Acura or Honda to borrow their key to try to unlock my car?

Good ideas though, I'm trying anything I can!

i dont think realy thieves will have to come onto a forum to ask about how to steal a car. im pretty sure theyre pretty good at it.

UPDATE: Car unlocked, keys in hand......ego bruised

Me and the floor manager of the office building I work in went out to the parking garage with random things we found in the office and got it unlocked with a huge wooden ruler wedging the door away from the car and sticking a makeshift metal slim jim thing in there and pulling up on the lock/unlock button

Ripped the rubber seal/weather stripping a bit but not enough to leak or anything I hope....cheaper than a locksmith i guess.

Thanks for all the ideas

get a flat head screwdriver, and peel the window, the window flexes, get someone with skinny arms and unlock it.

or just use a hanger and click the powerlock switch up to unlock...and yes the key jiggle method works as well.
