Well, ever since my brother crashed my teggie back in January,



I've been looking for another car and just like a month and a half ago (MAY) i picked this up:
(raised the hood myself)

Ever since then it looks like this:

.

Its got a GSR swap with PS, PW, and AC. Loving the AC by the way. Has GSR cloth interior, type R shift boot and ****, A/F ratio and volt gauge w/pods, racing steering wheel, SI gauge cluster, front and rear strut bar, and rear type R lip.Came with lots of other parts too such as whole stock interior, greddy evo axle back, type R replica rear spoiler, misc. Its got a few dings here and there but looks good all around. For the price that I got it for it was a steal!

 

Just curious why you mentioned that you raised the hood yourself ........... why did you do that anyways ?

 

Looks pretty solid . I just don't like it when people do that to their hoods, function or not, but to each their own.

Do you have any major plans for the motor???

 

not really feelin the hood, get a front lip and maybe some window visors, and you're set

well supposedly raising the hood makes the motor breath better. but i just thought i would look cool. as for major plans i'm trying to put together a turbo. right now i've got a CT26 turbo out of a toyota supra and a dented intercooler. but been putting little things into the car also ie: head unit, system, etc...(i know that's just making the car slower but hey the power that i'm going to make is going to make up for the weight gain!!!hahahha)

It doesnt look cool and raising your hood provides no benifit to cooling or intake it just adds to the rice your car is already full of. Loose the wing and the useless guages that just provide a light show. Your wing and sidemarkers looks like your car could take off at the local airport.

how does a replica ctr wing and ek sidemarkers make it look like its going to take off.

i spaced/raised my hood to let the heat escaped from my engine bay, cause its always hotter then normal after that it ran cooler

If your car was a CTR it would be fine. But when your being a poser throwing (fake) oem parts on your car thinking it looks JDM that is a ricer. And yes when people throw wannabe jdm **** on a car from the US thats pretty much ricer.

i have a hood tilt on my car too, aint nothing wrong with it, as a member stated..
