Anyone have sheets for these. On the site it says 20whp gains which seems very high for a production header however i have heard good things about them. If this is a decent header then i may pick one up and wait alittle on the smsp.
I bought one, but my car is being rebuilt, so I can't really tell you how it is. But from what I have heard it puts down around 10-15 whp (depending on tune), from what the all motor section says. But correct me if I am wrong, you are going to need a new front mount as it comes in the way when putting it in.

i dont think so on the h22a prelude header they are making now. Maybe on the original design that was for h22 civics. Those threads where they were saying that we from back in Feb 07 i believe.
so they make a prelude header now? because that bullshit they made before was strictly for civics in my opinion.
yeah, just hack the cross member and get rid of the motor mount. no big deal

no i dont have stock. My setup was posted with my graph. s2k tb, balance shafts removed, aem cai, cometic thicker hg, arp head studs, camp 1320 header, full 3 inch exhaust with fujitsubo muffler, ac and ps attached. made 215 uncorrected like 205 corrected on a dynojet. never got a chance to do stock header. it was on my prelude, i didnt have to do anything to the crossmember, becuase i had my cut for clearance of my 3 inch dp for my previous turbo setup. I have since sold the header and put a turbo back on my car. I made 238 hp at 5 psi of boost same motor, just putting the turbo manfiold dp, some different injectors, fmic, wasetage, and piping..

all the pics on his website are pics that i took, and those are pics of it installed on my prelude. So it does fit a prelude.

did u have to modifi it at all were it meets the cat? if so what mods did it require? i have been looking at this header.

u need to cut it and weld in a pipe to make it reach the cat. u may want to put in a flex pipe in there i hear. and u cannot use the front mount and u need to bend or cut ur crossmember.
i dont mind about the crossment and the frount mount but they should have made it long enought to reach the cat

I just called and they said I'd have to remove the front motor mount, and modify it. WTF is that, why don't they make it bolt on like everyone else does, hmmm I guess that would make sense and be too easy. I would have bought one if I didn't have to start disesembling my car. thanks but no thanks. Any other headers that make good power, bolt on easily and are around the same price?
esp headers are a easy bolt on i hear and they produce some good horse power. i would rather go with the rmf tho... but this is a good thread showing people that not all bolt on mods are easy to do and that some take a little work.
