I agree DSM turbos are good and not hard to find.

 

get a T-25 from a second gen dsm.

Actually it includes but not limited to Eclipse, Talon, and Laser.

I was talking about the 1st generation of the 3 mentioned above. 1st gen was a 14b turbo and 2nd was a t-25

 

first thing you need to do is read about turbos, get the book, maximum boost by corky bell. It was exactly where i was pointed when i wanted to boost a car. I know it sounds so cliche to tell you to go read and research first but its the truth, im trying to save you money and motors. The best thing you can do is be more knowledgeable, sure you can slap a turbo together pretty easy and fairly cheap too but how long will it last? trust me, do the research first, forced induction is not something you can just learn as you go.

Unless you have lots of money and free time with another car you can drive when you're motor pops

 

its like this: I could easily walk you through the entire setup, maybe even teach you a little about tuning, but honestly you wont know what your doing. whenever you force feed a motor itll demand more fuel and correct timing if you dont know what your doing, its very easy to blow your motor sky high. I know everyone wants to just slap on a turbo and have it work but it dont work that simple, especially with a custom kit, if you want something thatll work without big headaches buy a kit.
