how do i tell what year my type-r cams are?

how do i tell what year my type-r cams are?

can i tell what year there from by looking at them? and wich year has the highest lift and duration?

All ITR/CTR exhaust cams are the same regardless of year.

CTR/00-01 ITR intake cams have 3 degrees more duration. Same lift.

If you can notice a difference of 3 degrees duration, good for you, because most dyno's wont.
