Default WHAT FUSE

waht fuse is involved with the dashboard clock

i cut the wires on my stereo and noticed the dash clock didnt work anymore and when i hooked up the other deck it didnt work either

You said you cut the wires for the stereo...did you make sure to match all the old ones up to the new ones?

If you checked the fuses under the dash, and they are okay, then check the fuse under your hood called "back-up" or something like that. I think its a 7.5, but it controlls the radio and clock. Check that.

I blew that fuse while working on my radio once, and the way you can tell is because the regualr fuse for the radio does not effect the clock, but the back up fuse does... I think. Anyway check that.
