Default strange noise coming from driver rear tirewell?

theres a strange noise coming from what seems to be the driver-sider rear tire. The thing is, is that the noise is NOT coming from the tire since the noise doesn't go faster as i go. it kinda sounds like 'Tst tst tst' but you get the idea
and i hear the noise only in motion and above 40mph.

It's a constant noise and is driving me crazy!

Maybe it's a badger?

Haha, do you have aftermarket suspension? It could be your bushings are squeaking, even on stock suspension. Or check your sway bar/tie bar. Loose lug nuts maybe? Messed up brake? Torn boot?
