Like any wheel, it depends on the diameter, width, offset, center bore, and spoke design.

i would get the 18x7.5 (+45) offset version 5x114.3 for your accord... ( i have the same car but 2006) i have tried 18x7.5 (+35) on my car and the front was very flush and i would have needed to roll the fenders in the back since my car was lowered. if your car is not lowered then it will be fine w/ the +35.

i would throw some +35 offset on the nissan, though....i noticed on my cousins car that he had way more fender clearance then my car.

yes, the bolt patterns are the same and center bore should be universal so just get two sets of hubcentric rings

215/45-18 for accord

225/45-18 for your altima

if u wanted to opt and get the 225/45 for the accord then your speedometer will be slightly off
