hey. my buddy has an 89 civic std hatch and recently its been having some problems. sometimes after its been driving and you shut it off, it doesnt want to start back up. and one time when he was driving it he shut it off at a gas station and when he started it back up it sounded like a wrx. i think somethings wrong with the spark/ignition and maybe the timing but i really have no idea. some help would be nice. thanks!
