h4 is your bulb size,

you can buy a plug and play H4 HID kit,
or you can buy a regular "HID"-look bulbs in the H4 size, for example, "silvania superstar"

if you get a kit, be sure to get bulbs with shields built around the bulbs.

don't we need projectors to run HIDs?
or could we use stock headlights? I've never seen these HID kits with shield over bulb.

if your going to buy HID projectors then H4 is not the application, they should be D2S

projectors just give you a cut off (well if you retrofit) if you get the projectors for our cars you know the "jdm" ones, you wont have a good enough cut off like people like. i think thats why people get the projectors. or because they are jus rice.

im running HID's w factory headlight assembly and it looks great

jus some ideas. (2004 civic)

Ok, I just got projector headlights from autodynamic in the mail (http://www.autodynamic.com/detail.as...D=HC01PHCC-G2). The bulbs are H3. I am now looking for an H3 HID kit. Any recommendations on where to buy or which one to get? There was a kit on http://xenoneyes.com/index.php?page=hidkits , they are $155 shipped.

Any help or comments will be helpful.

Thanks

Don't want to jack the thread, but that setup is nice, do you have any close up pictures? Did you use any shrouds?
