honda tech i need your help
took a good look at the inside of the trunk of my car and it looks like its been hit from the underside and sho nuff when i looked under the car the spare tire and jack well (just the jack area) looks like its been smashed in like it was hit from the back from the underside of it can this be fixed?is there major damage here?what do you suggest and will it cost me a fortune?
A lot of people overlook looking in the spare tire area. It can be fixed, but I don't know for how cheap. Check with your insurance to see if they can cover it. Also contact whoever you bought it from that they didn't disclose that info to you. I don't know how much it would cost. Depends on total damage, meaning frame, body, etc...

I replaced the entire floor section in the trunk of my integra. It was $750 parts only, I think, I can't really remember cuz I wrecked my car twice that month. My friend owns a performance/body shop and he painted it and welded it in place for me.
For the inside of the trunk area, if you don't want to spend money. Pound it out with a hammer and put the spare tire on top of it and you'll be set. For the algning trunk part, a body shop will rip you off, so next time you get in an accident(It'll happen) blame the trunk on the accident.
