My car starts & runs on the EMS
Well, people were worrying me... hehe. it's like 100deg out right now though, and I have no a/c. So I think I'll wait until it gets dark to do any more tuning. But I did get it running using the civic/b18c5 base map.
Although it ran mad rich at idle with it (off the scale on my wideband). I took 55% fuel out across the board and the car runs great below 3000rpm and low load but leans out higher.. so the fuel maps def. need some work.
That, and isn't seing my TPS sensor.. so it's doing funny things with the idle. But it runs smooth...

Dustin, give us a little break down of some of the points you favor on the AEM EMS over the Hondata and some that you do not. Thanks.
Great, I am glad to hear there is someone else on this board with positive things to say about the Plug & Play. Dustin, what size injectors are you running, and what software are you using. Since I purchased it they came out with about 7-8 updated versions which they say should have the car idleing and ac working fine at start up! Some one please throw a line to JisatsuRacer.......he's lost faith. Anyways glad to hear things are going well with your setup. I will post my new dyno results as soon as I install my 720cc injectors and schedule with my tuner. Also Dustin, get the wideband .....it's worth it!
Good Luck!
