I just got my struts in today cuzz tokico blues went out. I currently have skunk2's on it but there 2 bouncy. I also have weapon r coilovers and H&R springs sittin in my garage cuzz they were to soft for my CRV. Was just wondering what setup should i do for my accord. Theres 3 different springs that I have and I'm just confused. I know that there are advantages and disadvantages with each spring. But what are they?
The Skunk springs are 500lb/in per corner for an Accord application. As a result, the shocks reload hard and don't perform well with a high spring rate. The Tokicos really aren't designed for anything over 350lb/in springs due to the way their valved. The H&R springs would probably be the best better due to their lower spring rate. As for Weapon R, well, try it at your own risk. Weapon R

Would it be ok if I left the skunk2's in the front and change the rear to the H&R's. Because the fronts are ok it's just the rear thats so bouncy. I only heard bad things and experienced the old weapon r's getting soft on my CRV. Could it be from system weight and 20" rims on my CRV that made it soft or is it just a defect?Cuzz I haven't had a problem yet with my Circut Pros on my CRV. I just like the advantage of raising and lowering the vehicle but hate the uncomfortable ride.
H&R rears are extremely soft. You'd be pushing a 300# difference between front and rear.... severe handling issues, with heavy understeer.
If your gona do it Change H&R all the way around Front and Back. then its gona be OK. No H&R dont suck there one of the best.
