DA Jdm ecu noise?

Hi my friend just got a Jdm Pr3 Ecu for his b16 teg and when he went to try it the ecu started to beep when he would run it a little high in the rpms...what is this...never had a jdm ecu before..

check to make sure the internals of the ecu are all good.
Make sure all the wires and connector pins are good and connected right.
