i'm looking for a stock rear shock, and I wanna know what years would fit a DA

ive been told that ef shocks would work. havnt personally witnessed though

im pretty sure the ef would work, your goin to have to probably use the a arms of the ef to work also.i used a eg one on my 4 door ef when i had it but had to use the a arm for it to fit.but thats for the fronts, just try it out, ive never done rear but i would imagine, usually some models have longer shock housing like the eg model.if u can get some for dirt cheap or free just try it out, its not like it takes long to get the car up in the air and unbolt things.

all of them EG,EK,DC,EF you just need the fork for them....

hi, Ive been down this road before. Unless you have an ef eg or DC shock in your hand to bolt on, go with a DA shock. they'll all fit except for an 88 civic rear (wrong LCA) but you'll find your ride height might be slightly different. I wouldnt mix and match unless you dont care about the car! If youre going with a fresh setup and want to use EF or DC shocks for other reasons go for it, but if you want to replace just one shock.....stick with the 90-93's
