gotcha. but the springs i want come in multiple rates... i read alot on it. but cant seem to find waht im really lookin for. im on google. wiki.. searching hella....
Unless you plan to take the car to the track or autox it, the OTS (380F/275R) rates are a good compromise between comfort and handling. With the Koni's adjustable rebound, you've got some room for experimentation. Add a thicker rear sway bar while you're at it.

How low do you plan on going? The lower you go the stiffer the spring rate you will need. Remember the Prelude is a heavy car..I ended up going with 550 front and 450 rear using a 7" spring.
i want to line the tire and the fender up. the wheels are RSX type S.
17 inch. i think 215 full diameter and i think 45 side wall. i forgot. stock rsx-s (2006)
and i would like to get into autocross too. i just want a handler.... thanks for everyones help so far tho

I'm rocking 700f 800r with KPSS3 Konis. It turns great. Feels really neutral. It's pretty damn stiff for daily driving though. I'll probably be going to something softer soon. Maybe 450f/r with a thicker rsb.
why dont you look into a rear sway bar for handling. eibach pros and koni yellows is more than plenty on full stiff for anyone for street driving... and for auto-x why not go with a 16 inch rim?
