i would have searched, but i have no idea what to search for

i'm trying to figure out what the problem could be with my 1990 crx(bone stock). it seems that when i am driving and i put on an extra load(ie blinker, radio or lights) the dash-lights dim in and out, the cars' RPM will jump and it feels like it downshifts randomly. please if anyone can help me with this, thank you in advance

 

if the rpm's jump there's a good chance your igniter is the problem.

i think i even remember hearing that wiring for the igniter is tied in to the blinkers.....??
