top hat spacers?
Is it possible to use some sort of a top hat spacer between the top hat and the strut tower for a little extra ride height?
I am sitting pretty low and dont know if I can even get out of my driveway lol

i have thought about this. i was on H&R race springs and i wanted to keep them because i liked the spring rate, but i wanted to be a little higher up. i found no such spacers, the only thing you can do is make your own, depending on how thick you want to make them. keep in mind if you make them too thick, you wont have enough room on the stud to tighten the nut.
one way of making them is to use the top ring of a spare set of bootlegged coilovers. just break off and drill out the studs on their top hat. or if they dont have studs, just mark off where they would be and drill through.
another way is to take off your existing top hat and take it to a metal shop and tell them to fabricate you a set. should be no problem. just tell them to use something that wont rust, like galvanized metal.

Any spacer there will not provide additional shock travel, just a higher ride height. If you're so low you can't get out of a driveway, I don't see how you could drive the car without bottoming the shocks all the time.
Taller springs, shocks with a higher spring mount, or a spring spacer, might be better to look into instead of spacing the upper spring/shock mount from the chassis.

well its so low because it a H22 in an Eg with a 3 inch downpipe. I have exactly 3.25inches from the ground to my downpipe and my driveway is a bitch but maybe ill just have to give it a shot anywho.

If you go too thick you will need longer wheel studs.
For more travell
