Default HELP! Card dies then does not start in the RAIN, JDM B16A??? MAP SENSOR?

Hey, need your guys help here, everytime it rains heavily my car will either die 10 minutes after driving, or not start at all. After I let the car dry out in my garage, it will fire right up and drives no problem at all.
It did throw an engine light for the map sensor one time that it died, but again after it dried it started up.
Today I drove to the store in the rain, then when I came out it would not start.
I grabbed a working map sensor off my buddy and swapped it in, but its doing the same thing.
It will turn over, I can hear the fuel pump priming, but it is not even trying to start. Ive only been by my self, otherwise I would check for spark and to see if fuel is making it to the injectors, but I havent yet.
Please give me any help
BTW Im running a MSD ignition system.
JDM B16a, I/E, Spoon ECU, pretty stock.

If its pretty stock ditch the msd its useless.Look at the msd first. oem stuff doesnt go bad that often. I would think that the msd might be part of the problem check all the connections. It could be the box itself

Ive been running the msd for the last 3 years and havent had a problem till recently. I havent replaced any of the components in the last 3 years, so maybe they have gone bad.
Now im stuck whether to order new OEM parts, a dissy cap and wires, or order new MSd parts. what do you guys think?

It dried out for 4 or 5 hours tonight and still didnt start.
I checked and I was getting spark to the distributor, but not to all the plugs, and it is getting fuel.
What else should I look for?
No engine lights,
