Default Repairing rims with curbrash?

Anyone know where i can find info on repairing rims with curbrash myself? they are LS webs and i dont really want to paint them or id use this method http://www.audiworld.com/tech/ext43.shtml that may help others figured id post it. anyway if anyone knows a faq where it shows how to repair rims that are not painted pls post here id appreciate it.

and yes i did search did not find anything on here or d-series PLS help
