Yeah really? With all of the torque the car has..

It's the DA chassis integras, but I'm sure it'd be about the same towing capacity wouldn't it? Good discussion.
That website also has a link to a trailer hitch website with install directions:
http://www.hitch-web.com/vhitc...13093. That's for a 98 GSR.

But you gotta consider that the Integra weighs less and has about 70-80 less torque than the V6 Accord.
Don't tow anything too big, you don't wanna beat your Teg to death!

LOL
Yeah I wouldn't tow **** with my teggy. And I have a gsr so I have like 10 ft/lbs more torque. ON A GOOD DAY LOL.
Unless you want to tow a 4 wheeler or small bike but even then.

Only thing I would tow would be a small 2-wheeled trailer with race tires and tool box when going to a track event.
I knew die-hard autocrosser who did that with his Miata.
Also I would use one of those bars with a square receiver so you don't have the hitch ball sticking out the back all the time.

I always figured if I really wanted to tow another a car with my Integra I could, I see this 2000 CRV in my neighborhood towing stuff all the time and I’ve got the same motor as him.
I'm planning to get a tow hitch for my Integra. I wish someone made them in aluminum, though; the steel ones are way too heavy.
There's two things I want a hitch for:
1) A bike rack. My wife and I are bicyclists, and it's a lot better carrying the bikes on a rack. I'm not a fan of roof racks for several reasons, and I think a hitch rack is the best solution.
2) Towing a "utility trailer". This is one of those tiny 4 or 8-foot long trailers with small wheels that weighs about 100 lbs max. It would be good for carrying long or awkward cargo, such as if I want to buy some stuff at Lowe's which is too big to carry in the car, but doesn't really weigh that much. For instance, with one of these, if I had to buy a new stove or dishwasher, or some new doors for my house, it would be easy to strap it to this trailer and tow it. I'd have to drive slow, of course.
An aluminum receiver hitch would be nice since I could leave it on and it wouldn't weigh much. It probably wouldn't be suitable for towing 1000 lbs like the regular class I hitches are rated for, but I have no intention of towing anything that heavy anyway.

you wont accelerate all that great but it can be done.
I've had to tow my friend's EG hatch for like 6-7 miles in my 4dr LS cause his timming belt snapped.
