Default Exhaust hanging low

I got a HKS Hi-Power not to long ago, maybe 2or 3 days. I put it on get in start it up and drive it around. While driving down the road i notice that my car is scraping on BUMPS in the road. Yes, my car is low but not that low. I think the exhaust isnt hanging right or something. I looked at it and theres really no other way any part can go so I know for a fact its on right. My bumper is also getting burned hella bad. My friend also has a rsx and has a Hi-Power and I never remember it being this low and burning his bumper this much. Can anyone help me out here. I knnow that getting longer hangers will fix my burn problem but is there anyway i can get the exhaust to hang higher?

My hits when I have 4 people in the car or if I go over speed bumps. The previous owner burnt the bumper cover; it took me 5 minutes to readjust it.

That's wierd.

It shouldn't melt your year's bumper, or does it burn it by putting black crap on it (that stuff comes off with wax and cleaners).

If it's melting your bumper and you don't have an after market bumper or lip talk to your vender where you got it and get your money back. That's what I did with my Skunk2. Took a month to get it done, but I got my money back.
