Aftermarket parts?

Aftermarket parts?
I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with using aftermarket parts on their cars. I have a 98 integra and it needs a new front bumper. Would I be better off buying OEM Honda, or would a remanufactured bumper fit/look the same?
