Default DA wiring harness question

I'm wondering if all complete wiring harness's for a car (or atleast certain trim levels) are the same reguardless of options added? I'm considering adding a/c to my 91' GS that didnt come with it stock from the dealer. I located a complete kit with abolutely everything I would need down to all bolts and even the **** on the dash. So what I'm wondering is should my GS's wiring harness still have all the wiring needed for air conditioning to be added? I'm thinking it should because I doubt they actually make a seperate harness for a car that is ordered without certain options. Would make more sense to just use the same harness for all the car's in a certain trim level and just tuck away all the plugs and wiring that wasnt needed. But this is just what Ive been thinking and cant prove or disprove any of this. I've looked in some spots but cant seem to find any un-used plugs anywhere in my car.

So can anyone confirm any of this? Should my wiring harness in my GS have all the plugs and wiring needed to add a/c? Where could I look to try and find some? It would be awesome if I could hear from someone on here that has removed a complete wiring harness from a car that didnt come with some options that it should of. So let me know what you guys think.
