Questions about strut and sway bars
I'm going turbo on my daily driver and overshot the budget by about $250-300, and was looking to stiffen up the chassis for some better handling, but im not sure what exactly would be the most beneficial things to buy. Such as sway bars, strut bars, 3pt bars, etc.
Just looking to get some advice, so if u read this, just shoot in ur 2 cents worth.

look into a 22 or 23mm itr swaybar....its the best mod for handling you can do, dont waste your money on strut bars they do little to no difference
is it direct bolt on? or do i need to get LCA's? sorry, i dont know too much about this stuff.
and are u talkin about front or rear sway bars?

Do you already have a stock swaybar?
If no, then yes you need lcas.
As for the strut bars, I diont think I would get them... a lot of people say they dont really help that much. If you do get them, dont spend too much money on them.,

If you already have an Integra, then you don't need anything else. The rear LCAs and stock sway bar endlinks on the Integra will mate fine with the Type R sway bar.
As mentioned above, you do need to reinforce the subframe with the BSQ or Beaks kit. It's about $20 and helps a lot. A few years ago I got the 22mm rear sway bar kit from haparts.com but I don't think the site exists anymore. It was $104 for the entire kit, plus $20 from member BSQ here.

22mm ITR rear sway bar with some sort of reinforcement would do wonders. U can re-use the endlinks and lca's and yes its almost completely bolt on besides drilling two holes for the ASR brace assuming you go that route.
As far as strut bars i think it depends but can make a difference. My password jdm 3pt front strut bar made a night and day difference before i installed the sway. Plus its sexy as hell

ITR sway bar is one of the best things u can buy for suspension.
my car is lowered and i have front/rear strut bars + a upper c pillar bar and when i finally added in my rear ITR sway bar i felt a BIG difference.
