Default Front LCA Removal Problems...

So I need to replace the front lower control arms for a 2001 Civic Sedan and I got off the two bolts connected to the body and the arm slid off from there but I ran into trouble with the part of the arm that is connected to the hub. I got the clip and nut off of the bolt but the arm won't slide off. The bolt moves around with the arm... What should I do?
