I'm pretty sure this used to be attached to the fender but I cant figure out how it goes on there. does anyone have a pic of it mounted to the fender so i can see ?

 

That's your left mounting bracket 4 the bumper and the fender, The Yellow part is were the plastic mounting bracket that hold the bumper on the corners, The Blue is were the filler piece go's, the \Red go under the head light everything will line up u see.
