ive seen a thread about RSX seats in a lude but my cousin has a pair of 2002 celica seats lying around and i was wondering if theyd fit in a 4thgen prelude. :X call me crazy.

yeah thatd be great.. i heard 4th gen seats were designed by RECARO..correct me if im wrong.

 

I have friend that has them in his 4th gen. Im not sure if they will bolt right in though. I have to ask him and I'll post more info.

 

im sure you can put them in with alittle work you can put any in

 

They will "fit", but they are NOT a direct bolt on.

As with most seats from other cars, you will have to modify the brackets to bolt the seats in.

yeah, I think they did.

I work for a local Toyota dealership, and the only part of the '00+ Celica that I like are the seats. This sounds like the beginning of a new project

 

the design of those seats looks like the design of the seat in my 96 Paseo.

and OH CRAP!that looks sweet. i know they wont bolt on but i was just wondering if they'll fit width wise.
also how much would custom brackets cost? any estimates?

 

Wedge Engineering makes custom brackets.

 

i dont know much about seats but these say they have universal sliders. would i still need a custom bracket?
