mine is brand new never used for a 99-00 rear bumper, sorry!!!! and at the body shop now its not painted or anything, long story short: I now have a 96 rear bumper = wont fit

well its from my work and thats what we are sellin it all for so it would be the same price without the reinforcement. have u seen the CTR reinforcement? shaves probably 10-15 lbs compared to the stock piece
