car stalls after 20 minutes
I HAVE A 91 HONDA ACCORD THAT RECENTLY CUT OFF ON ME AFTER DRIVING FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES AND WOULDNT CRANK UNTILL IT COOL OFF AND IT CONTINUE TO DO THE SAME THING I HAVE IT IN A SHOP WRIGHT NOW AND THE ONLY THING THERE SCANNER KEEP PICKING UP IS SOMETHINGS CUTTING THE IGNITION MODULE BUT THEY DONT KNOW WHAT,CAN SOME BODY OUT GIVE ME A IDEA ON WHATS CAUSING THAT PROBLEM? I HAVE A ALARM WITH THE KILL SWITCH BUT MOST ALARM SHOPS SAY IT WOULN'T CAUSE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM
IF IT WENT BAD.
IF IT WENT BAD.
main relay... 90-93 accords are notorious for that malfunction.. once car cools down it will start up.. thats what the guys are seeing that is cutting off the ignition module..
Is this something thats prevalent in the 94 accord also? My car doesnt get driven much, so it sits for a while, every so often i crank it up, and it idles for about 10 minutes and then cuts off to not start again for a while, really odd.
