how do i go about passing smog and everything i need to, for my car to be legal or will i be just fine?
i am going to put a gsr engine in my 98 hatch dx in a week or so

for future referance, what swaps can i put in my car and not have to worry abou tanything with the dmv

 

for CA your going to need to swap a engine for your year or higher. then after that you going to have to make sure everything is stock. then bar it.
