im assuming you're talking about civics. and no, you'd need to do an entire 99+ conversion.

NO it will bolt onto the radiator support but wont fit n the bumper fenders and hood u will need to get a 1999 up conversion...

No. Either front end needs headlights from that particular generation in order to fit properly.

None of it would line up correctly. The headlights, the leading edge of the hood, and the bumper are all very different.
