What suspension, and settings do you run at the strip?
koni yellow/ground control. full stiff in rear. two turns from full stiff in front.
you should not have the front at full stiff, the shocks help to absorb some of the energy thats trying to go in the wrong direction... up. get it? "shock absorbers?"

depends on what your running, if just for fun or PRO classes.
We run solid rear suspension on the guys that go with us to the track.
Cars racing in PRO classes are not allowed to run solid suspensions though.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead but when you say "solid" do you mean no shock at all and just a "solid" rod?
