Well,
I bought a tranny and installed LSD in it. Slapped on the new clutch, throw-out bearing, etc. bled the clutch line, pedal is nice a firm...
- So the problem is, when the car is in neutral and not running, i press the clutch in and start the car. While the car is running and I try to put it in gear, it won't go in gear. so I turn is off and run through the gears with the car off, it shifts easily into each gear.
- So I started the car in neutral again, would not go in to geat
- turned the car off, put it in reverse and pressed the clutch in and tried starting the car while it was in gear and it jumps.

-so, i know it's more than likely something simple. can someone point out to me what's wrong. thanks

 

your clutch isnt disengaging. did you get the throw out fork in there right? did you get the flywheel resurfaced? what clutch?

 

it's a competition clutch twin disk with it's own flywheel, it's brand new. What do you think I should do?

i really dont know much about the cm twin disk. i would start by taking the release bearing fork and see if it feels really loose. your gonna have to remove the slave cylinder to feel the play in it.
