Default Free emmissions parts recall?

Hey guys, I read a while back that honda was conducting free O2 sensor and cat replacements, or something like that, for anyone with a '98 or newer integra and a check engine light.

I was just wondering what the details for this were, and if it applies to the R. I'm throwing a code for fuel system lean/rich and I'm pretty sure it's my primary O2 sensor. If anyone has any info, could you shoot me the link? I'm not finding it with the search. (is the search even working right now? everytime I put something in, it returns no results. I even typed in VTEC, and got nothing. WTF?)

Acura does the free emissions sevice at 75k includes replacing the dist cap, plugs and wires and oil change at no cost. Had this done on my old gsr and plan to take the R in if I ever drive it enough to hit 75k
