the Rex has an 93 ex 1.6 vtech in it .ok timing belt s#&t to bed so i changed the belt water pump and belt had the head shaved .050 put it together and now a have a wierd winding sound and it seems to have lost power at the low end and ides really fast .has cold air and headers with high flow cat and very annoying exaust.also changed fuel control unit . so i really need some help guys please.

fixed the fast idle it was the lower sensor on the passenger side of the head the wire was broken so i sodered it . still need help finding out why it whines ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ???????????????/
