stickers are made of vinyl materials that has sticky compound at the back. once you put them on your windshield, you'll get a wind tunnel effect called aerodynamics. atleast gives you 10whp! hope that helps...
ok i'm just messing with you! don't put stickers lol

lol ur going have to realllly teach urself how to take sarcasim on the internet SPECIALLY ON Honda Tech, theres more smart ***'s on here then there are sports illustrated issues.
I would suggest spend a little time researching and reading some more in the Accord Forum. That should helps a little. But as far as V6, it is not as big of a supported aftermarket compared to regular 4 cylinder engines. Cosmetically speaking, there is quite a huge market for any years of honda, I would suggest starting out getting a good suspension, intake, headers, exhaust, and then think of engines later. Another think you might be able to find is ecu modification. Good luck with the search and welcome to H-T.

If you want somewhere to start then do struts and springs, sway bars, Cold air intake, catback exhaust then headers. And if that is still not enough then get a comptech supercharger or swap the engine and trans.
hey man i have a 2001 honda accord v6 v-tech black... and a stock has around 200 horsepower and when i ran it at the track i got a 16.6 as well when i put a cold air intake i got a 16.2 and when i put my exhaust on it a got a 15.6 so i suggest that you get the exhaust and cold air intake..

Really? What cams are you suggesting that he put in there? How much HP gain would he expect from it?
Even the Roushe/Honda Grand Am HFP Coupe had stock cams in it.
At least the OP can use headers. On my 6-6, the OEM headers are an integral part of the head, impossible to separate.

But wasn't that a 7th gen though with the 6mt?
With a $1000 budget, and the mods you listed already, I would...
- put $50 of that towards track fees and practice. Are you getting any wheel hop? If so, be sure to just back off the gas so nothing breaks, it doesn't exactly help you time, so why risk keep going? Even with that auto transmission, I would learn to preload the car at launch, and experiment with your RPMs at launch. That can make your launch smoother, get you a better 60ft time, make it easier to nail a good r/t, AND lower the chances of breaking something. BTW: What were your 60ft times?
- If you haven't already, invest in atleast aftermarket springs to stiffen the suspension a bit. You don't have to go all out. Some $200 Eibach springs will barely lower the car, greatly stiffen it up without changing the ride quality, and also will work well with the stock shocks. All this equates to a better launch, with less squat, and hell, make the car more fun the drive around town, or the twisties!
That leaves you with $750.
Buy some better tires. I picked up some BFG G-Force Sport, ultra-high performance summer tires in a 205/60/15 size for $184 shipped, brand new not too long ago. We'll say $250 for that.
Down to $500.
At this point, I would hope you're awful close to 15's if not there already. If you're looking for more power adders, I think the selection becomes a bit thin, short of nitrous (would not recommend due to the reputation of that transmission holding up, and personal experience), ECU reprogram such as JET (from what I hear, greatly helps with the transmission shifting, since the TCU is built into the ECU), or more expensive headswaps, tranny swaps, or S/C's.
Though it's an automatic, I still say the driver makes the difference in any race. Work on that.
PS: Just came back from the track last night, so I'm pingin here!

However George the B pipe is seperate and you can replace those with a larger diameter set. For cams 5150 was producing a pretty aggressive set but I have not heard any updates. For the j30a1 you can swap in the type s cams. For 01-02 they are a direct swap, but on the 98-00 you have to have the cams machined to fit. For real world hp increase I would estimate around 10-12 hp for the cam swap. I used to have a few dyno graphs but I believe they were lost with my old pc. I have a write up on it somewhere if the OP is interested in that, however I am gonna guess that it may be a bit much for the OP.
