Well I'm not to happy right now. I've asked this fagcake 4 times already to stop using my picture of my car that I took on his ebay auction. He was took my image and deleted all my logos on it, and is claiming the image as his. He's telling me that the car is his friends, and if I dont like it contact ebay. So I did, just waiting on a response.
He is also using other people pictures from this forums and other forums for his auction, but the fact is that I asked him nicely and just want him to take it down, and yet he lies start to me and says its his photo and its his friends......

I'm so pissed off right now, he just emailed me again, say the samething over and over again. This guy thinks I'm after free parts, when all i said was to either remove of the picture, OR I want some kickback or what not. He doesnt know what "or" means......

Maybe he doesnt realize what he is doing is illegal.

because of the fact that he is using my car to help gain sales, and the fact that he took my picture and is claiming it as his own. If he would of asked to begin with I would prolly let him use it, but the fact that he stole it is pissing me off..and his attitude too.

 

i know how you feel...this guy on ebay was using my car to sell 01-03 type r grills and advertising them as that when my car was clearly a 04-05...the guy was an idiot..

but he eventually took it down

There are many ways that he can prove that this is his car.
