Scammed by possible ITR owner

Scammed by possible ITR owner
After weeks and weeks of talking with a seemingly polite ITR owner, I get scammed about $500.
Do you guys know a Tom Martin from North Carolina? He lives close by UNC (Univ of North Carolina at Chapel Hill). Just recently he disconnected his cell phone which was 252-412-1266
His email is hybridhonda2002@yahoo.com
From what he has told me he has a fully built PY ITR turbo with a JDM front end. He sold me his stock headlights and bumper with shipping for about $500.
Can anyone help me out with some information? What can I do? I'm so broke now.

Damn, man.. For all you know this ****** ****** could be "John Doe", or "Joe Smith"... Hope you find him.. NC boyz in the area keep a look out for this focker..

The area code for the phone number is 252, but that is also a cell phone. I paid by Paypal to his friend's account because he claimed he didn't have an account.
His friend's paypal account and AOL name is poohwruss@aol.com
I tried to IM this guy, but he either logs off or doesn't respond.

Have you ever spoken to him other than on the cell? I know there are a lot of guys fron NC here so if anything goes down let me know I WILL help!! Crooks are everywhere!!
