Default 93 EX Cruise Control Question

Well my 93 ex beater's cruise control isn't working, hasn't been since I got the car. I'm bored and figured I'd fiddle with it a little and thought the cruise controll might be a good start. I checked all the plugs, everything looks fine, no corosion. I can't find the fuse anywhere. It's not labeled under the dash fuse panel nor the engine compartment fuse box. When I press the main cruise control power button on the dash it lights up green, but it still doesn't seem to work. I've tried it at low speeds and interstate speeds and still nothing. I checked my manual and it says to check the fuse but it doesn't list where the fuse is lol. The cable is also fine, not broken. Also, is there suppost to be a vauum source hooked up to it? Because mine doesn't have a vacuum source hooked up and the odd thing is that it doesn't look like it takes one anywhere. Any input is greatly appreciated, especially any input on where the hell the fuse is located.

Thanks.
