Congrats. Priorities in order... very nice. BUT that garage looks like a perfect place to continue the turbo project.

For 1M you get 1500sqf here in Cali.

Damnit I love the Carolinas.. what is the median income there again?

Even with our recent (and huge) plummet in the real estate market here, 240k will only get you a fairly new (~30 year old or younger) 2000sqft house unless you want someone rough... or in a rough area.

Congrats on the house though, even if I hate you guys with your reasonable home prices

thats a nice house. mines cost 220k here in mn and it doesnt even compare to yours. (yours would be around 400k here). but its the perfect place for a turbo

i wish my 2-car garage was a 3-car garage like yours!

i'm having a hard time convincing the wifey to relocate the kitchen so I can remodel it into a 3-car pull through garage.....!
