giving the age of your motor a tune-up will restore some loss power and performance. i dont know much about the engines in the 3rd gen accord but i guess you can start with the basics. intake, header, exhaust. =P

How much money do you want to spend? You could get 200whp with a full out custom build by the best engine builder on the planet, or you get an ebay special intake/header/exhaust combo and maybe get 5whp....it depends.
