Default 01 GSR Dash Help

I have a 01 GSR and i was driving the other night and the dash lights went out. Thought i twisted them off or my headlights where off, but it wasnt that. So the next day i took out the fuse and it was blown so i put the spare fuse in and i still had nothing, took the spare out and it was blown. The blinker lights on the dash work though. So if any one here knows what it is that would be great. Also if anyone knows how to take off the dash that would be great thanks.
