Default engine bucks at 3500 in 5th

Coming home in my EG hatch with a K24A2 swap in it and the engine started to hiccup and buck at 3500 rpm in 5th. It seems to be a fuel delivery problem. I took the back roads home and did not exceed 50mph and it ran fine. It has the Walboro 225lb fuel pump and is a year old swap. I did not perform the swap. I am new with Honda's and am wondering where to begin with a diagnosis. I need to know where one would install this pump and where is the relay and fuel filter. Would one toss the old fuel pump after installing the Walboro 225lb fuel pump or leave it online?
