Default Oil related issues and a question about running crazy rich!

got a 95 integra that im dealing with oil related issues. had an oil leak from multiple places but now narrowed it down to the oil pump. i think it jus needs to be tightened but it might need to be replaced. Anyway, my dc is running the stock ecu (P74 im pretty sure) but it seems to be running really rich and is spitting dropletts of oil out the exhaust when running. any ideas on how to fix it without a SAFC controller or anything?
thanks in advance!

Bad o2 will also make the car run rich.

You don't have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator(fpr) do you?
