Originally my parking brake wasnt holding, so I jacked the car up and removed the drums to see if there was any problems. They were really hard getting off, and the shoes were cracked. I put new ones on but the drums wont fit over the shoes, I matched up the old shoes with the new and they are the same size. I cant figure out what to do from here. I had the rotors, shoes, brake kit replaced and the brakes bled about 6k miles ago. Any one know?

The ebrake was down the whole time and there wasnt anything I saw to be adjusted. But where is the star nut?
