Default Broken LCA bolts

I had the typical rear lower strut mount bolts snap when I tried to get them out, no biggie. I have the entire driver's side shock/LCA assembly out, but on the passenger side the end bolt on the LCA (wheel end) snapped. Right now it's the only thing holding me up. I used my sawzall to cut through it (partially, need to get more blades this weekend) but now my question is how do I remove the remaining part of the bolt that is threaded into the hub?

take it to a machine shop and have them take it out or you can do it your self by drilling the bolt out.

I can't take my whole car to a machine shop and I'd rather not remove the hub.

Drill it out and try not to mess it up. Otherwise, knock off the bung and use a nut and washer with the new bolt. I tack weld the nut/washer to the hub.

vise clamps+KROIL/PB BLASTER, that's how I got mine out after using a grinder with a cut-off wheel to chop the rest off.

I'm also thinking a pipe wrench may come in handy.

I picked up a couple repair kits from http://www.rockauto.com which includes the bolt/bushing for the lower shock mount, and another bolt+bushing for this damn LCA end bolt.
