Does anyone know the differences between the two shocks?

Probably valved a little different and the fork part of the strut is wider on the Integras' to accomodate the wider strut bushing on the LCA.

not valved any different, trust me!!!!... man it's been a while. call Koni and match the part#, if I'm right the rears are different & awls u need are spacers... easy and cheap if the price is right.

you could use spacers if you put Integra shocks on the EK. But for the other way around you would somehow have to modify the lower fork on the Civic shock to make it fit the Integra, which could possibly stress and weaken the metal. Not the best idea IMHO.

Shaving down the LCA bushing 5mm on each side would be better and easier IMO.
